With its headquarters in Moscow, Russia. The company acts as a record company, talent agency, concert management and production company, music producer, model agency, among others. Currently, Higher Subsidiaries have Higher I-PLUS and Higher Fashion & Magazine, in addition to Entertainment.

- Higher Entertainment (in korean, 높은 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean entertainment company founded in 2016 by Vidya H.Tchekov also known as "Venus". With its headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the company operates as a record company, talent agency, show management and production company and music producer.
Higher is currently home to the female group Meunièr as well as solo singers Vênus, Athena, among others. Their artists have the freedom to work from music production to MV production, but can also count with the help of the best professionals from the South Korean and American music scene.As it expanded into the American entertainment scene, the company became known as Higher Records.

- Higher I-Plus is a subsidiary of the company and entertainment agency Higher Company. Founded in January 2019, three years after the foundation of the first subsidiary, its main objective is to add Higher Entertainment and Higher F&M with much more than just the music or modeling market. Currently Higher I-Plus is a project that works with all Higher Comp artists. and others, enabling a vast performance in the means of music, dance, acting and much more.

- Higher Fashion 'nd Magazine is a subsidiary of the South Korean parent company 'Higher Entertainment'. Founded by Vidya H. Tchekov and Anith Wal'ford in March of this year, its focus is on fashion, beauty and entertainment, working with its own artists or with models from abroad. Currently Higher works in partnership with major brands such as Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Chanel and Prada, but also has its own brand of products.

Atualmente Higher trabalha em parceria com grandes marcas como Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Chanel e Prada, mas também tem sua própria marca de produtos.

Atualmente assumindo como Diretora de Recursos Humanos (CHRO) responsável por dirigir as ações voltadas à gestão de pessoas e, muitas vezes, à comunicação interna da corporação e Diretora de Produtos (CPO) responsável por comandar as atividades relacionadas aos produtos da organização, como concepção, projeto e produção. Além disso, é também dona de outras empresas que atuam em diversas áreas, digital influencer, modelo e idol.
